Battery Management System development (BMS)

  • BMS and E/E architecture Design (HW and SW).
  • Functional safety and advanced algorithms for battery state estimation (SoX).

Mechanical Design and Prototyping

  • Custom battery module and battery pack optimization with a high accuracy FEM analysis.
  • Integral Battery Pack (laser welding, additive manufacturing elements and mechanical and thermal test validation).

Thermal Management System (TMS)

  • Based on different strategies: Air Cooling, Direct Liquid Cooling, Heat-pipes, with a high accuracy CFD analysis.
